Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We are based in Sydney, Australia and use Australia Post for shipping.

We offer:

$4.95 flat rate shipping for Stationery products Australia wide.

$14.95 flat rate shipping for Art products Australia wide.

We are happy to ship internationally, but due to the current situation of limited flights there may be delays on international deliveries.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

We offer free returns or exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must not be damaged and must be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• All items must be returned at the expense of the customer. Please use trackable post when returning the item.
• Any refund will be less the shipping charge.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT GOODS

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately, via info@howveryroshan.com, if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
